由于氧化鋅的非凡特性，如較寬的直接帶隙(3.37 eV)，較大激子結(jié)合能(60 meV) 、優(yōu)越的光學(xué)、壓電和光電性質(zhì)，越來越多的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域認(rèn)識到這種材料的優(yōu)異性能。
Cathodoluminescence is a key technique to study the electronic band structures of semicon-ductors. Its application field includes the analysis of the defect distribution, carrier dynamics and characterization of the energy band structures, all these parameters being critical to improve the design of high performance optical and electronic devices. The features of the Attolight CL system lead to a new field of research :
– Investigation of the carrier dynamics by using the time-resolved upgrade to obtain the charge carriers diffusion and mean-life of ZnO micro/nanowires under different strain states.
– Defect analysis : the comparison of the CL spectra provides information about defects levels.
ZnO納米線廣泛應(yīng)用于：
1、紫外激光器、探測器和光電二極管：基于氧化鋅的寬直接帶隙和室溫下高激子結(jié)合能。
2、太陽能電池：氧化鋅微/納米線有寬的陽光吸收窗口，摻雜是調(diào)控其帶寬的一種有效手段。
3、納米發(fā)電機：由于半導(dǎo)體之間的強耦合特性和氧化鋅的壓電特性。
4、電化學(xué)應(yīng)用：生物和化學(xué)傳感器。
5、光學(xué)和機械：光波導(dǎo)、納米應(yīng)變和壓力傳感器。
